The rear-wheel drive mid-engined Lotus Emira coupé is the latest internal combustion engine model from Lotus Cars.
The suspension of the Emira is spring-loaded, on double wishbones all round, with a choice of standard (Tour) or stiffer (Sport) settings. The body is made of aluminium alloy. Wheel discs in the base are 20-inch.
From the outside, the Emira looks like an Evija hypercar: the new corporate identity is designed by Russell Carr. Characteristic features are the vertical diode headlights, boomerang-shaped air ducts and the curve of the roof.
