The Bugatti EB110 is a mid-engined four-wheel drive Bugatti SpA, named after the 110th birthday of Bugatti’s founder Ettore Bugatti.
The car was first unveiled on 15 September 1991 in Paris.
The body is based on a spatial carbon fibre frame covered in lightweight, durable aluminium panels. The guillotine type doors, glazed bonnet lid surface and a large retractable rear antifender all add to the supercar’s impetuousness and exclusivity.
Bugatti EB 110 SS (Bugatti EB 110 SuperSport):
In 1992, a more powerful modification Bugatti EB 110 SS (SuperSport) was introduced, which engine was boosted to 611 hp and its weight was reduced to 1,418 kg. As a result, acceleration time from zero to a hundred was reduced to 3.3 seconds and maximum speed rose to 355 km/h.
Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher bought one of these cars.
