The Conquest Knight XV is a civilian version of the Canadian Armet Gurkha armoured personnel carrier developed by Conquest Vehicles of Toronto
The frame is from the Ford f550 Super Duty and has a wheelbase of 3,500 mm and ground clearance of 355 mm. The body of the SUV was made of a specially designed mixture of aluminium and hardened steel. Namely, the sills, all door hinges and steering wheel of the Knight XV SUV, which we are presenting, are made of steel, but the handles are made of aircraft-grade aluminium.
There is also a TV reception system and special devices so that passengers can work with business data. There is satellite navigation, multimedia entertainment system + game console, Night Vision System of FLIR series, panoramic rearview cameras, and a super-powerful spotlight on the roof can be controlled with a special joystick.
For an additional fee, a self-contained oxygen system (in case of a gas attack), a magnetic detector to detect explosive devices, anti-mine bottom protection, and a “black box” are available.
The company plans to produce 100 copies of the Conquest Knight XV.

Conquest Knight XV engine:
The powerplant is a General Motors six-liter V-10 engine with about 400 horsepower and a maximum torque of 600 Newton-meter. The unit has an aluminum cylinder block, a variable valve timing system and is able to run on a “hellish” mixture consisting of ethanol and petrol.
