The Qiantu K50 is a 2-door all-electric sports car that Qiantu Motor Company unveiled at the 2016 Beijing Motor Show.
The first thing that catches the eye is the carbon fibre inserts along the entire body. The car’s frame is made from aluminium. The body is made entirely of carbon fibre to reduce the overall weight. There are all-around cameras on the perimeter.
The electric car has a solar panel at the top, which charges a low-voltage battery that activates the cabin air conditioning system to keep it cool in summer.

Qiantu K50 battery and range:
The electric car is equipped with a 78 kWh battery, which provides a range of 365 km on the NEDC cycle. The manufacturer claims that the Qiantu K50 will have a charging speed of 2 hours, but does not specify from which power source.
Qiantu K50 engine:
The hypercar has two electric motors, one on each axle. They have a combined output of 376 hp (276 kW) and 580 N*m of torque.
Qiantu K50 0 – 100:
These motors provide the electric car with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 4.6 seconds.
Qiantu K50 top speed:
The car’s top speed is electronically limited to 200 km/h.
Qiantu K50 interior:
The interior features heated and ventilated sports seats upholstered in high-quality Alcantara leather and an LED lighting system. Inside, there’s a 15.6-inch infotainment screen with 4G and WiFi connectivity and a smaller LCD screen – the instrument cluster.
