The Bugatti EB 112 is an evolution of its little brother the 110 and the latest in the ‘Italian’ Bugatti era.
This model was supposed to be the evolutionary successor to the Bugatti EB 110, but due to the poor financial situation, all rights to develop the 110 were sold to the Volkswagen Group.
In creating the body itself, ItaDesign decided to retain the width of the previous model, the 110, but lengthened the body by 67 cm. As a result, the dimensions of this car are, 5070×1960×1405 mm. The result was a large four-door fastback five metres long with a retro styling reminiscent of the brand’s classic models. The body of the concept was made of aluminium.
Unfortunately, only 5 of these models were produced. A cherry-coloured model was introduced in 1993, a blue model in 1994, and 3 black models were shown between 1997 and 1998.
