In December 2015, the French company thrilled the automotive world by officially unveiling a subcompact-class electric cross-cabriolet called the E-Mehari.
The Citroen E-Mehari Convertible is available in a range of colours and customers can choose between red, yellow, green and brown.
The vehicle itself is a four-seater, removable roof that can be converted into a convertible sunshade with wide, transparent openings. Parts of the roof can be covered separately – e.g. the front, rear and sides can be covered separately. If it rains, all parts of the roof can be covered all at once. Ground clearance of Citroen E-Mehari is quite big, car body is made of thermoformed plastic which does not undergo corrosion and does not need painting. And also the body has a light plasticity to soft impacts, because its material is quite elastic. The car has four full seats and the rear seats fold down.
In terms of dimensions, the electric car is quite compact: 3,809 mm long, 1,653 mm high and 1,728 mm wide. The cross-parkette’s wheel pairs accommodate a 2,430mm wheelbase between them.
